​Additional Charges - Check-out clean - $500 

Nightly rates are inclusive of 10% Bahamian Government Tax.  Any bank charges incurred are fully payable by the renter.  Please also note daily rates may differ due to fluctuations, please check either on Vrbo or directly by contacting here​

Please also note mid stay cleans can be arranged with our managment team at  an extra cost as can a variety of other in house concierge services, please just ask.

Check-in is 4 pm and Check-out 10am (this can be flexible, if possible with prior notification)

Our cancellation policy:  100% if cancelled 60 days or more before check-in date, 50% if 30 to 59 days and no refund if 29 days or less.
